I went to the library yesterday and picked up a few childrens literature books to read. I look at these books differently now.. (such as analying them) which I think is pretty cool. We catch up on old movies that we've been wanting to see or new ones that I've been waiting for to come out on DVD. I watched the movie, Racing Stripes with bee last night. I kind of imagined that it would be some dinky horse movie with a stupid, corny plot. I mean, of course it has it's predictable parts.. where the zebra wins and blah blah blah.. but the whole process in having him win was great. .. the time the girls drove to Pismo Beach. On our way home, we stopped for gas, paid, but Suzanne forgot to pump it. We drove off w/o getting gas and eventually made a U-turn after a couple of miles down. Those were the days!

So my interview is set for Weds at 3:30! I'm scared, yet really excited as well. Let's hope I don't fumble this and ruin my chance for my first real summer job!
