Right this moment my daughter is on a plane to Costa Rica to help refugee children. She will be gone 9 days. It's the first time she's ever been on a plane or outside the US. It's the longest she's ever been away from me

She will be fine! I'll be praying for you both! Sorry I missed this morning, 12+ hours at the Island plus a long drive home = me not even remotley moving till after 9 this morning. Oh and my shoulders? Fried..crispy haha.
