After Work

On my way home, I stopped at the gas station to fill up. The first pump I was at took too long to dispense the gas, so I switched to a nearby pump. Unfortunately, that one was also slow. It took roughly 20 minutes to fill up my tank. Overall cost: $32.88. Gas is expensive, especially when I have to fill up every three days

I'm hating gas prices. I wish I could apparate, at least then I could sleep in a bit longer.

I called on the way to work and on the way home. At 5:30 I got through. I was caller 10.

You're right, today was a boring day. I don't even remember what I did at work.

Wow. We were getting so close to winning. Yesterday, I called in and was caller 8.

Today, however, I stopped trying. With my unavoidable meetings and deadlines occuring this Friday, there's no way I can ditch work without causing schedule slippages.

I, too, will confess that I have stopped trying. One girl called in yesterday saying that she'd be in around 10:30am and she never showed. The boss' wife is out on Friday. I also might have a project to do on that day. It all worked out for the best. We still have Saturday!

I went to fill up the other day, and cheap gas was $3.11 per gallon, which made me think about the band. It doesn't really have that much relevance to your entry, but I just wanted to share...

Aww.. so Mattie and Jet have something in common! They both have their birthday celebrated on New Year's Day. Hahahahaa.

What a lucky bunch! My birthday fell on Easter once.

My other co-worker and I just laughed. I plan on wishing all my co-workers a happy new year on May 5th.
