Its 34" top-down for the dress which comes along with belt and 19" PTP.

As for the Top with three different prints, its 22" from the bust down (not including the strips which is 7" down max & 4" down min) and 17" for PTP. This dress is made of much better cotton quality and workmanship, unlike those you can find from bugis so its definitely worth the price
