So I didn't eat anything till dinner time. I only drank tea, a lot of it. For dinner I had about nine penne pasta -macaronis and a chicken beef size of two tbsp.. then! a litlle salad. So hey! Teas are a very good (and healthy) way of filling you up with no calories and warm you up too! I have many teas in the kitchen so I don't get bored in one
