This is really belated, but I have to admit I'm a little confused as to why Suigetsu hates Sasuke to the extent he does here (or hates him at all, really), and why he thinks he's a monster, considering Suigetsu is a Mist-nin who happily mutilated his enemies as a young child and whose main criticism of Sasuke is that he's too soft. I never got that vibe in the series and the unexpected dynamic has made playing with him difficult.
Sure thing. In fact, I was kinda afraid I went out of my bounds a little with him, but I'll try to explain as best as I can.
Suigetsu's spent nearly a year and a half here. That's a lot of time any way you slice it. And as you're probably aware, there was another Sasuke-mun in the beginning (whom I've been pretty worried about since she just... disappeared, really O__oa).
Now, when Sasuke first arrived it was a short while before he encountered Itachi for the final time. He was completely unaware of the "true" story behind the massacre and was less privy to the idea that an entire village was responsible for his clan's demise. To be short, he was still a bitter little asshole, but Suigetsu was willing to put up with him, since he figured that, in the end, Sasuke knew what he was going to have to do.
And then, he meets his mother again. And this triggers a near-irreversible 180 in him. In the long run, Sasuke promises Mikoto that he'll no longer persue after vengeance and he officially disbands Team Hebi/Taka/Whatever. Kind of a

Mind if I try to prompt a discussion between them about this at some point? It'd help me if Sasuke actually knew about it. <333 Thanks for the detailed explanation!
