I'm feeling much better than the last time I updated here. Basically, my doc had me stop my anti-depressant and back off on my mood stabilizer. Then, today, I switched to new meds. I haven't been on lithium since I was first diagnosed with bipolar disorder in 2002. So, stupid me, I take the first dose with just a tiny glass of milk. Cue sickness. I ( Read more... )

Boo to more meds, yay for diets that help physical/mental health. ♥ I have anxiety, and some times it's worse than others, but I really, really believe that fruit, vegetables and water can solve a lot of problems for me. Pure dark chocolate too. Wards of the Dementors.

That's awesome that you've lost three pounds as well! Sounds like you're doing a lot better. Good for you. :)

i'm hoping the vegetables solve a lot of my problems! i'm not a big fruit person. :/ omg i love dark chocolate, the darker the better.

That's funny, you usually hear of people not liking vegetables but liking fruit! (Fruit in melted dark chocolate. @_@)

i basically can't eat any berries, so that eliminates a lot of fruit. i like apples, bananas, and grapes. bananas in dark chocolate sounds good!
