I think your favorite phrases in other cultures display (somewhat of) a pattern; I distinctly remember that your favo(u)rite French word was "trottoir"! I hope you're feeling well again, and that you enjoy your classes!

Yay liquor! I think I´ve had a drink every day I´ve been here (although it´s certainly not the same without you...

It cracks me up that you say queueing now. The other Elena (whose English is very Brit-like) also says that.

Spanish fashion note: apparently the mullet never went out here. I kid you not.

I´m going to work for the socialists (there are elections coming up soon)!

I met an adorable German boy today.

I want to visit...but they have lots of trips scheduled for us in Spain that aren´t exactly optional. We are also planning to go to Portugal because it´s very close. I do, however, have a five day weekend the first week of December, which might be fun. Gotta love all the random Virgins they make holidays for around here.

Anyway, I miss you...a lot.

Love, Eliz

I?m currently checking around for cheap flights/buses to get to the airport. If you have any insider advice as to what airline/airport to fly into, let me know. Also, Jessica is contemplating coming as well (if we can get cheap enough transport).

OMG!!! Both of you coming here to visit! Yay! I have never been more excited! There are so many places I want to take you!!!! Look on flycheapo.com. I have found the best deals on there so far because that site checks all of the cheap airlines and tells you which ones give the cheapest rates. Let me know what happens with that. You can both stay in my room of course so at least accomadation for both of you is free! Missing you always baby...
