Actually, the splitter they're selling seems pretty powerful. Which might be handy since I'd like to introduce as little lag as possible for the application I have in mind. You had any experience in that regard? Or just KVM stuff?
Mind you, shortly after posting this I got curious and found out I can fire a 4-port VGA splitter from BJ's Sound and Lighting for like $20. Considering this isn't likely to be a long-term requirement, I think that might work out better. Will quiz them on performance.
