He probably wouldn't appreciate thank-yous for donations to NAACP or SPLC either....

Probably not, but I'd rather not assume that he's also a racist asshole. If we end up donating to a cause he either has no feelings about or actually supports, then the message gets muddled.

That being said, here are a few more organizations that advocate for women and the LGBTQ community that I'm sure he'll just hate: Astraea Lesbian Foundation for Justice, Center for Reproductive Rights, Equality Now, NARAL Pro-Choice America, National Women's Law Center, Transgender Law Center.

It seems like all the bigotries and prejudices are pretty tight traveling companions these days; given a small town Tennessee that's 94% white, I know which way I'd bet on the question.

Also, if your primary intent is to piss him off/get cookies, that's fine. Me? I'm more focussed on getting money to where it will do good, and if there's a way to piss somebody off in the process that's a bonus.
