You know, I needed to hear that. I've been on myself for...well 6 months now about my baby weight. After reading what you put, I'm pretty sure that my being so hard on myself has nothing to do with what I see in the mirror (which doesn't look as good as before I got pregnant, but I'm also not training near as hard), but more to do with my continued fight with PPD. I could go to counseling, but I would have to take Vincent with me and I have a hard enough time paying attention during less important things when I have him. So I deal the best I can. I'm tired all the time, but I am trying soooo hard to think of something positive or that I'm thankful for when I get upset. I really hope I can get back to normal in the near future. So thank you for your thoughts, it gave me something to think about and reminded me of things I already knew

I wish I could convince my head bees about that... I need to get healthy as well, though. It wouldn't take too long. I really want my own elliptical to have in my living room, 'cause the gym scares me unless it's the activity center with all the old people and regular people.
