Despite the 'older' and more 'mature' atmosphere, I could easily question some of their actions for that of 12 y/o's. What good is a tech ranking system if its not utilized. i think you should talk to this lvl 2 tech and tell him what he did was wrong. and having the customer wait that long isnt fair.

Lol.. I could already see the kinda bitching I'd get for telling him that.. good suggestion though if this person was a normal person an not a fur.. >.>
