正社員 (Seishain) am I

I have now worked for a year at Capcom, and the plan was I would be a contract employee for a year and then they would make me a Seishain (basically means long term employee) after that. So now I AM and it feels GOOD!

In other news, my little girl Luca is 8-months old today!

Hey, I've been wondering - are you going to raise Luca to be bilingual? Or will Japanese be her primary language?

Raising her bilingual! I never use Japanese with her and I'm going to have her skype with my mom and dad at least once a week. :) Japanese will probably be what she's best at though, since she'll go to Japanese school and all.
