Ok. I thought this roommate thing would be fun, but it's turning out to be not so much. Windows were left open last night, and now I'm going to get sick...again. (Not like I haven't been sick all year...I should be used to it.) She also dirties more dishes than I do, and she doesn't clean them...at all. I HATE doing the dishes! Electric

I recommend an intervention! The best course of action is to have all of your roomates' friends get together and ambush her when she's least expecting it, and bruise her with dirty dishes. Then, publicly humiliate her with a pie-in-the-face at work. Then, and only then, it will be an appropriate time to sit down with her and remind her that being a roomate means more than just paying half of the rent.
