Nope. Commas-as-breath-marks died out a few hundred years ago. That use is purely stylistic, now. I also challenge your use of an apostrophe to pluralise comma (so *thrrrrrbbb*)...

Very old fashioned; about 500 years old ;-) Makes the page look like it's been rained on.
