I don't live in the nicest apartment complex in the world, but tonight is the first night I have felt unsafe living here.  To put it mildly, my roommates and I are the only ones who speak English in our building, which isn't a big deal, it's just there's always shady looking guys hanging out at night, you know?  Oh, the ones downstairs from me run
