Congrads on the FG success. Sorry about the job. (hits you over the head for your own stupidity... never scare people with your ambition!) What were you looking for anyway? Just clerking there, or writing for them regularly?

I don't think you were wrong in being honest during your job interview. It shows you have integrity. If they aren't willing to handle honesty, then you probably don't want to work there anyway, Josh. I feel the same way you do about interviews. It took me almost five months to find a job because I was politely honest about where I wanted to be when I went to interviews. The job I got now-- it took four fucking interviews before they finally hired me... I was honest and qualified enough to be hired sooner. The problem is people do not want to hear the truth. It reminds them of everything they are not doing, everything they had let go of as the years went by in order to succeed, everything that reminds them of how desparately we need change in this god forsaken society. No one likes to be reminded that nothing is definite or forever, and yet it is what every hard-working person looks for and desires. You're not flawed in your frustration. Society is flawed in its foundation. You are not alone.
