Thank you to everyone who responded to my previous request for recommendations. I'll happily still accept more if you've got 'em, but I've got at least one recommendation in each category.

Preparation for moving is proceeding slowly but steadily. Who knew there was so much to take care of? I'll let you all know when we have a date.

Yes, yes... that was not a serious question :-)
I still seem to be at the point where my list is growing faster than I cross things off of it though.
