Yummy microbes

weegoddess gave me a kefir culture last weekend, so I've been making kefir last week.  It's great; it tastes nothing like store bought kefir.  I suppose that shouldn't surprise me since I make kombucha and I'm well aware how disgusting store bought kombucha is compared to homemade

Don't think I've tried kefir but its online presence makes it sound tasty and wholesome.
