I very much like the flavor of toasted rice. If you would like a new home for the tea I'd be happy to give it one. I am sorry you are having issues with the cold. What sort of sleep habits do you need to break if I might ask? Or maybe the better question is what has it made you aware of?
I only had the one serving of it so I have no more. But weegee can get you some (I don't know offhand where she got it from).
I have a bad habit of "napping" close to bedtime, which often winds up with me waking up on the couch at 3AM and not feeling good the next day. It's encouraged me to work on the good habit of meditating after work, which really helps me sleep. This has also made me be better about not eating chocolate or drinking tea late in the afternoon and notice things like how often my sleep is disrupted by being in pain.
