That's a cat specialty! They love staring at random points in space. I can never tell if it's because they see a bug they want to eat, or whether they're just crazy.

And hey, I'm coming to Japan again in two weeks, if you're going to be around.

Hmm... Kinda freaky, though.

Two weeks, eh? Unfortunately, I may be in Singapore (boosiness trip) that week, depending on the exact date! (Let me know exactly...)

I'll get into Tokyo the evening of October 29th and leave in the afternoon on November 4th. So, lots of time. I could even take the train out to Kawasaki instead of making you come to Tokyo again.

Hmm - okay, sounds good! (I live in the middle of Tokyo, but it is also easy to go to Kawasaki (or Shin-Kawasaki) from where I live, too.)

Try working late nights in supposedly-haunted building with a cat that does nothing BUT stare at random ass things. And then slinks away. Not cute.

I tend to think staring intently into space is what cats do while they're waiting for their tiny brains to start up again.

Darn cat freakin' me out! So, they just sit and stare at, er, the air, then? The cat only did that once, though... Nowadays he is back to his usual happy cycle of sleeping, licking himself, and eating clothes...
