So...In case you don't know I have put my house up for sale!  No I'm not in financial trouble or any such thing...I am going to try and take this opportunity to upgrade a bit.  The only problem with upgrading is that you have to sell the house your currently live in first.  This leads to great frustration if you find a house you want to buy only to
