Oh, I really like this. That's just the kind of knots Hank would tie himself into over killing someone, and the way Alex talks him down is both so very true and so very Alex.

Thanks. :) Alex may not have the fancy words, but he has opinions and convictions and he's not afraid to use them!

so cute and tender. What Alex said is so true, they're both very Ic in this, love the mention about Alex's past

Thank you! I've always had trouble keeping these two i/c, so I'm glad you think it worked! :)

Oh wow, thank you! I agree, those two pretty much operate in counterpoint to one another. Hank plans, overthinks, and when things go wrong he blames himself. Alex reacts, underthinks, and when things go wrong he gets mad at the world. When either one of them starts tipping, they need the other to pull them back to the balance point

I'm so glad you liked it. :)

Agh, I adore this. So in-character. I want to cuddle them both so much … but they have each other for that. :)

Thank you! I'm not sure the boys would know what to do with cuddles from anyone other than each other though! Hank would probably get all awkward and embarrassed, and Alex would probably try to deck you... Maybe it's best to just leave them to each other for now?

Oh I loved this so much! It's always important for Hank to realize he doesn't have all the answers, and there are some things Alex knows better than he does--and at a very raw emotional level at that. That's just a gorgeous aspect of their relationship you outlined. Your characterization of these two was spot on and just generally lovely~

Thank you! I'm really glad you found the characters believable. I see Hank as the sort of person who wants to figure things out by himself, but in this case he just thought himself into a knot. Luckily Alex is very good at not overthinking things. He's pretty much Hank's ideal counterpoint.

Also, I can't stop staring at your icon. :)
