oh gosh I remember that! That was a fun night, and I'm so glad we got to meet you! *hug* so do you live in AZ now? That isn't too far from here, we should get together sometime :) phoenix is like 5 hours away.
That's so awesome that you met them! I know how big a fan you've been for so long. And to meet them just as you get back to CA? Seriously, you live a charmed life.
And WELCOME BACK!!!! I'd give you a call, but I don't know your cell phone number. I'm a horrible friend, I know. Despite that, we definitely need to hang out at some point.
I KNOW, isn't it crazy?? I wait over a decade to meet them, after tons of concerts, and I finally meet them when I'm not even there to see them!! O.o the strange ironies of life, yeah? And yeah, it's definitely weird that I should finally meet them the day after I get back home O.o
I shall call you tomorrowish and we can make plans to hang out. I misssss you! *hughug*
thanks! I did think of you and Kat, right after it happened I went downstairs and called Kat :-D wish I could have called you but I don't have your number and I think my parents would kill me if I called an international number on my cell phone! haha
ANd yeah, the documentary is AMAZING. Totally makes you want to jumpt out of your seat and start screaming at the stupid record company people, but yeah. Really really good. I really think once it's done the circuit, it needs to be put on a big network tv station or something. People need to see what kind of shit that bands and artists go through just to make THEIR music. Ugh.
totally! I mean I was so unprepared for it so I didn't even get to tell them that I like their music, much less how much I respect them and what not. But that might have been for the best. I was just casual and cool and they seemed perfectly fine with me, probably because they weren't being smothered by 'ohmygodit'shansoncanihaveyourbabies' or being gushed over. *shrug* I was wearing a 'boobie shirt'(ie. lowcut), but it certainly wasn't for their benefit! hahahaha I was trying not to stoop too low because I didn't want to give them a show or make them think that I was wearing it to impress them or something. I'm paranoid *lol* but hey they must get a lot of that!
That was so unexpected. It didn't register when you said that it was Hanson around the corner at first. I'm glad you got a ticket. Wish I could have seen it, but I didn't want you to pay for my ticket.
