Well well well, it seems that I'm in the midst of several of my friends discovering that I have indeed, made a Live Journal. What are they going to do with this newfound knowledge? I don't know. That's a pretty damn bleak look on existance you've got there, my dear. I wish I had some kind of magic wand I could wave and fix that, but until I find such a thing, you're stuck with my constant attempts to, uh... for lack of a better phrase, better you.

You say that "if I can't better my life, then I'm going to spend it trying to improve the lives of others." Well, has it occured to you that maybe someone might have the same perspective, but directed towards you? That there might be people who would want to improve your life?

Believe me, I know all too well that the past is in the past and you can't go back. If that were possible, I would be in eight grade again and not here trying to pound sense into you. But that doesn't necessarily mean that you have to carry around the heavy burden of all the bad in your past alone.

I definitely know a thing or two (or ten million) about mistakes in the past. And I know that you shouldn't live in the past, obsessing over where it all went so wrong, but I also know that repressing it ( ... )
