My parents spent Labor Day weekend camping by the lake, near my apartment, so these photos are from the day I went to the lake with them.
Sunday, September 3rd
In my mom's Jeep on the way to the lake.
We're here!
A bunch of photos of boats entering and leaving the lake through the channel, as we headed over to the submarine (a national monument!).
Lots of duckies!
The submarine. Most of you might remember it from the photos I posted back in April, when Bill and I first went there.
Dad heading down into the submarine.
What a coincidence - someone showed up in my dream car.
Big gun.
I sat on a bench with my sister and mother, watching the boaters/jetski'ers leaving through the channel.
What a pretty sail.
These would have been really great shots had I not cut the top of the sail off. But it was too bright out to see.
He talked to us as he sailed by.
Buhbye.
Lone duck.
It was bright out.
Can't see.
She didn't want me taking her photo.
These ducks found a nice little seat.
BRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIGHT.
A torpedo holder thingy.
A torpedo.
My dream car.
Being emo.
Playing with the zoom.
Can't seeeeeeee.
Dad's back... and he brought a taco! There was more lettuce on that thing than most people have in their salads!
Aww.
Eww.
So my mom wanted Samantha's photo taken and she changed in the Jeep. We didn't realize that her skirt was so thin until she stepped out and you could see her "favorite" undies.
She wasn't very cooperative... at all. She looks so uncomfortable in all of these. I need a more willing model to practice with!
The bright sun and excessive wind didn't help, either.
How cute.
I couldn't get her to stop looking at the camera.
Heading back to the campground.
Dad got some ice...
While I spied on people with my kickass zoom.
Hi, Ranger Smith.
Trying to soften the butter so we can make pizza pies.
