something else i've read that i think is really smart, is to not try and take anything out of your diet, but to add stuff to it. So maybe eat five carrots before you eat a candy bar, and slowly add more and more healthy things. Adventually you won't eat as much crap because you will be eating healthy stuff instead! Changing habits is hard, you definately have to do it one baby step at a time.
