What is it with my girl-friend's fathers not liking me. Ever. I don't believe I've ever had one like me, or like anything about me. And they never trusted me. Is it the way I come off? I don't understand, and to tell the truth, it is starting to grate on me. Oh, I understand the reason for caution, the whole "he's not worthy of my daughter" routine

my parents never had anything personally against you. either of them. and I know that they knew that there was something going on.

It doesn't count because he hasn't met you. Wait until he has, and then see whether or not he likes you. That's what matters.
