Well you should know how this works, try again, if that person can't help, speak to their manager and so forth.

Also speak to the manager of one of the branches. Being there in person help cause they obviously don't want you complaining in their store.

The southern person was the 3rd person I talked to, granted the first was the wrong one but was rude about it. I have been on the phone with them a few times and it's always the same. At this point, its not worth it.

PS way to be sketchy and not have an LJ name
