Cooking is fun ^.^ That is, if you know what you're cooking. Spaghetti bolagnese (yes, I butchered the spelling of that horribly) is easy enough - brown the mince, throw the sauce in, and shove it on top of pasta.
Otherwise, resort to the maccaroni cheese quick pasta things Maggi have. Although I don't know if you have them over there....

Ooh, I'm home by myself for the first time right now too. My family's gone away on an overseas holiday, leaving me to my uni work... :'(

But yeah, it's interesting having to do all the housework, eh? I hate washing! Cooking's quite fun, but I'm running out of creativity. Italian's always fun and relatively easy, by the way :)

Egg pancakes.

Mix an egg with flour and water. The mixture should be a slightly sticky liquid - at any rate, it's got bulk. It can't be too thick that you can't pour it easily, or so thin it flows. It has to flow out at medium pace, a bit thickly. Mix that well. Add salt. If you've got Chinese spring onions, cut those and put some in. You only need one sprig really.

Put teaspoon of oil in frying pan. Pour a bit of mixture in in pancake style. Quite thin layer though. It should be yellow/white. Fry on one side, flip to other, do this until it's golden or looks cooked.

Makes a few pancakes.

Now, if you can get your hands on some Campbell's soup, you'll be set!! :D I have two recipes from Campbell's, which are delicious!! 1 is Chicken and the other is Pork Chops. For both recipes all you need to do is brown 4 boneless chicken breasts/pork chops, than add the can of soup & 1/2 a cup of water; cover and simmer until done. :D For the Pork Chops, you can use Cream of Mushroom, Cream of Celery, Tomato with Roasted Garlic & Herbs. The Chicken uses Cream of Mushroom, Cream of Chicken, Cream of Celery, or Tomato with Roasted Garlic & Herbs. For the Chicken, I recommend using Cream of Chicken, its soooooooooo good ( ... )
