Photos... or Procrastination
Well, my current camera is on its last legs. I cleaned out the memory card and had forgotten about all of the stuff I had not really done anything with. Anyway, here are some of the things I have been up to in the last few months.
This would also be why I need a better camera, to photograph arts and crafts.
No comment on these. It was a weird year for Halloween.
However Chris wins-
And this is why my camera sucks. Well, it didn't help that it got a bit mauled by a sticky substance. However, I tried to get some cute pictures and nothing really came out. It looks the same as last year anyway. On the plus side, the Christmas tree crisis was adverted, seeing as we got the tree in the entryway. I hope that next year we can get a nice one for the living room. Speaking of which, in my opinion, I think KMart has the best trees this year if you are looking.
I don't know how many of you have seen the room, but it is nearly done. I need to finish the rocks and give Zero a face. strixkat suggested that I document the process so here it is! I really wish we had documented how the room looked when we moved in and the transformation it has undergone. Maybe one of these days I will be able to paint murals for a living. That would probably be my dream job!
And here is where the mural has sat since the summer. I took these today and the camera is fuzzy. Hopefully some better ones will show up in the next few months. :)

I keep thinking that I would like to do something with my artistic talent. I have been toying with the idea of attempting to get a tattoo apprenticeship for the past year. I am just so damn shy and anxious that it will probably take another year or five for me to put myself out there to try and do it. I also keep wondering why I don't know any tattoo artists to talk to about the profession. It kind of baffles me. I also think that maybe if David gets a promotion I can advertise on the internets to do murals and calligraphy or something for some extra cash. *shrug* Who knows? If I can get a better camera soon maybe I can get a little website going or something.
