Day 27 - A film that you wish you had seen in theaters

I'm still mad at my mom for bailing on her promise to take me to see Star Trek: Generations in the theater in 1994, and instead dragging me to The Santa Clause. Seriously, not cool. In retrospect, it wasn't even that great a movie, but The Santa Clause was terrible, and I was really looking forward to it ( Read more... )

Could've been worse. If only someone would've forced me to ditch Insurrection...

Since we're in Star Trek mode (and honestly, who else but you/Mike to share this with?) I saw First Contact for the first time in a looong time last night and it made me pine for a good TNG marathon. On the other hand, I fired up a Voyager feed on Justin.tv and they had just started "Course: Oblivion," which might possibly be the most depressing Trek episode I've ever seen.

LOL, yeah, Insurrection was pretty bad. I'm glad I saw that one by myself because I would have felt eternal guilt for dragging anyone else into that with me.

I never really watched Voyager, but I've been catching random Next Gen eps on BBC America. Good times.
