#7 - Boondock Saints?

#12 smells like X-Men, although I'm not sure if it's 1, 2 or 3.

#13 has to be The Rookie, because I doubt any other movie would EVER reference the Devil Rays. The only other choice is probably Fever Pitch, since there haven't been a ton of baseball movies set in modern times (Rays only became a team in the mid-1990s).

#15 - Tank Girl? No idea.
