Unclear on the concept
The good news is, the gutter guy's secretary did promptly call me to find out where to send the work proposal for replacing my gutters after he came out for the estimate, and she did promptly email the proposal to me.
The bad news is, the proposal has an accurate and sensible list of tasks to be done -- but no dollar estimates.

Who-watchers, take note: tonight's new episode is on an hour earlier than usual, at 8 eastern / 7 central. (SciFi has the premiere of the new Flash Gordon immediately following; today's Washington Post didn't think much of the new show.)
