Older!Kaiba is NOT amused

The war had ended already, so why was she back here? She had work to do and meetings to go to. Not to mention people to fire... But that wasn't going to happen as long as she was stuck here. She was supposed to be going over the final plans for the school that she was going to be opening in a few years

Jounouchi had almost managed to write his whole experience at Econtra off as a really weird dream. After all, when he woke up back in his own world, he was told he had fallen into a coma just before being able to declare his attack (the news of the declaration of Malik's win had stung, for a little while, but Jounouchi knew he had overcome what he needed to overcome, so).

(Almost, except for the two plushies that, while not animated anymore, had still followed him home from Econtra.)

But even five years later, after the war had been won, after everything with Atem was long finished (and, incidentally, Seth too - he hadn't had a single dream that wasn't his own ever since Atem had entered the afterlife), Jounouchi recognized Econtra's city. At first, he had been rather annoyed to find himself pulled away once again in the middle of a duel, but eventually he decided that it would be better to just get situated again

Kaiba looked up hearing an all too familiar voice. So he had been dragged back to this place too? It was rather amusing. She smirked at him. Had it really been just five years? She had gone back to her own world and continued with her Battle City tournament and a few other things and now she was working on opening a school for duelists. She had meet versions of some that would eventually end up attending. She knew they were good.

"Has it really been five years, Mutt?" She asked, pulling off a set of reading glasses. Too many late nights in front of a computer screen.

"Hard to believe, isn't it," Jounouchi replied with a grin of his own. He wasn't going to try to figure out what part it was or why, but a part of him had kind of missed this Kaiba calling him 'Mutt' all the time. "Amazing, how time just flies by sometimes."

"Time does fly. I'm working on plans for a dueling school," she turned the laptop so that he could see what she was working on.

"I believe we meet a lot of them during the final fight."
