Yeah so I have been back for near 4 months now, with is a pretty long time now i guess. Seems more like 2 weeks though. Time is really going by fast now that i am back home, although i am still kinda in deployment mode. My ship seems to still keep me away from home though. Leadership is a very good way to show that you are responsible!!! Just be sure that you are ready to lead the way by being an example. And just because you have new guys coming on board, doesn't mean you have to unleash all those same behaviors you had experienced from those above you when you were a newbie...Leadership is not just passing IT down the line!
