I made more biscuits. Many more. And I have fine tuned the recipe a bit. They're really light and fluffy. My mom says they almost melt in your mouth. I ate one and found that she was right. But they can still use a bit more browning. I'm gonna lower the rack next time. I made regular southern buttermilk biscuits and also a batch of pepper biscuits ( Read more... )
