Ed, check out www.georgiahousingsearch.org ... it is intended as a resource for people with special needs to find housing and is free for landlords to list their properties. You can put all kinds of parameters in there you are willing to accept. I am not positive you are able to list a room or not as opposed to a whole apartment, but check it out! :) Good luck.
