... So in my zooming around this past Saturday, I took Theo to the circus. It was being being held at the Phillips Arena. I've never been there. First, I ran into traffic just past Howell Mill. Got off at Northside to try to get around it. I could not find it due to the multi-level nature of some parts of downtown. I asked for directions, found
