Do not go see The A Team. It's like the male version of Charlie's Angel, only worse. I didn't think that was possible. Damnit, Bradley Cooper. I loved you so in Alias, but if you continue to play douchebags onscreen, I don't think my love will last. And, Liam Neeson, man you must have swallowed your dignity to play this role. Oh, I'm all for explosions and shirtlessness and stuff - and this has all of that. But, OMG, this movie was just so over the top and I don't think a single character was at all smart. There were all called smart, but really it suffered the same problems as the Charlie's Angels movie. Um, if you like those movies, then maybe you'll like this. I, personally, found them just immensely horribly-written, and they left a bad taste in my mouth afterwards.

IR is still banging her head that she took a few hours of studying off to subject herself to this movie.

it depends on your tastes, obviously. I just am not a fan of these remakes. They dumb down the writing so much. It annoys me.

There should be some sort of rule about remakes. Like, they're only allowed to do two per decade, or they can't remake anything that's been aired for the first time in the last 30 years.

Or maybe Hollywood should just get writers and producers and directors who have imagination and originality and who don't have to rely on ripping off other people's work. Yeesh.
