In my experince the best way to deal with decisions where you need to choose between two things such as wanting cake but wanting to run or do pilates is to compromise. having a slice won't kill you, but maybe don't have too big of a slice, and then afterwards, allowing it some time to digest, go for a run, or do the pilates, or possibly do a shorter version of both during the same work out. If you want a work out buddy, I'm totally looking for one. Just let me know. :o)
