Hi. I'm new here and hope it's okay to post this.

I'm looking for advice on how to get yourself back on a regular eating schedule. )

Thank you. This comment helps tremendously. Today I spent at least six hours in the E.R. talking to doctors and waiting a lot, and getting set up with a partial hospitalization program. This will provide me with a routine, which I was lacking because I lost my job, which was compounding the stress of this horrendously. I ate a bunch of bland foods slowly tonight, and I'm not full but I didn't push myself and I don't feel like I'm going to throw up. Thank you, this comment was really really helpful.
