Binging and overeating are extremely common after restrictive periods (whether it's been only 1 day or several years) because the body is trying to fight against starvation.. I would say yes it is natural but it obviously does't make you feel good physically or emotionally to anyone even if they need to gain weight

This would be wonderful! I agree - i need someone to be accountable to...and I am having a hard time with making the structured plan, I just need to leap into it and ignore the fears...but of course its easier said than done.
