There is a ground floor condo having an open house on my street and a large for sale sign posted. Next to the condo, there is a man with long hair and goatee (neighbhour?) sitting on his porch and smoking pot.

Only in Toronto.

Or any major city I guess.

I'm wondering who is going to buy that condo.
