Seeing as I'm staying in Japan indefinitely... while I'm in the US over the summer and have the time, I'm going to be recombining the Japan journal into this one. Backdating those entries over here. They'll be unchanged, and therefore a few might be a bit strange. Also, yes, the comments will be lost. But whatever. Shouganai.

This seems an odd thing to set as a first priority. I mean you just arrived back in the US and you feel the need to remind us that you will be 'staying in Japan indefinitely' so soon. Are things in Japan really that much better or are things here that much worse?
