I need help with work snackage

Right now all I tend to eat while at work is sugar. I notice tonight that a lot of my energy dropoff happen 2-3 hours after soda ( Read more... )

Carrots, celery(cereal), sweet peppers, nuts, veggie chips... just a few suggestions..
