OMG im glad everything went ok you guys have been on my mind how bigs the apartment for you to go out and buy a washer and dryer for it..

anyways ill be by next month to see the new pad :) hope comcast gets there shit togther soon good luck with that

The apartment is 1200 square feet... Not including the garage. Or the balcony. It's really quite huge, and is very inexpensive for the area, for sure. It's actually a triplex. =)
