Jeff Gannon is James Guckert. Jeff worked for a news agency called Talon News, which is no more reputable than the Onion, and is owned by a republican activist. For the past two years "Jeff" has been given White House Press Passes under his pseudonym, itself a tremendous security breach. Basically Jeff was a plant, placed in the press briefings to get called on to ask softball questions when the going got tough for the press secretary, or as was the case last month, the president himself. This is what he asked the president about Senate Democrats "how are you going to work with people who seem to have divorced themselves from reality?". Not exactly an unbiased question ( ... )
