I dropped the damn phone in water again.

heh... I work for DNR. I read the header and thought, "why does her phone say Dept of Nat Resources?"

Sorry to hear about your phone, though! Some folks have had luck with letting them dry completely out and then being useable again - you might try that!

Hehe... It worked the first time I dropped the phone into the icechest, but since this is the second dunking? It is dead, dead, dead. Not a single twitch. Yay! New phone now!

**Department of Nat Resources? Heh. That's ever so much more cheerful than Do Not Resuscitate...**

Yeah, my mom's a nurse. When I got a job at DNR 3 years ago I called to tell her. I said, "Mom, I got a job at DNR!" There was a really long pause, and she says, "um, and what does that mean for you?" (and then reminded me that it also means do not resuscitate...) It was pretty funny.

This one has the butch name of "Slash" and is a Samsung slider type. It can even take pictures (which I abused this weekend) and send them to folks. Far more entertaining than my last phone...
