Well, it's the best I can do, but I hope it'll help.
I don't know, but me and you seem to be in very similar mind sets today (even if they are over different issues)... So, this might not be much help, but I promise you, things will work themsleves out. I found an icon once, and it said "everything's OK in the end. If it's not OK, than it's not the end." And I believe that, that nothing's over until you're alright with everything.
And I believe that you'll make the right decision, but I think you should talk to him about it, because when issues are left unresolved, well... You end up in a situation somewhat similar to how I was for the first two months after my break up with Sam, and, believe me, it's not a good feeling.
